Faulty or Damaged Products

Every product undergoes quality control before dispatch. However, if you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Normal wear and tear during usage is not considered a manufacturing defect. Exchanges are only provided for faulty products.
